A warm house that is in the perfect location for the beach, town and The Lost Springs. Amazingly clean with lots of room. Rob was friendly and quick to answer questions. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

A lovely place to stay

Sybills was a lovely relaxing place to stay. Everything we wanted was close at hand, beach at the end of the street, shops and restaurants 1 street over. So convenient and evening drinks on the deck was a delight.

Had a great stay. Had all the kitchen hardware (and more) that we needed. House was very clean and it was a great place to hang out when the weather outside wasn’t the greatest.

Perfect location, cute house

This house was perfect for our group, which included two families with children. We rented both levels so everyone had plenty of space and privacy, the house was cozy with thoughtful amenities, plenty of towels, and a great distance from the town center and regional attractions.

Great place to stay on Whitianga - close to everything & perfect for a bigger group though we didn’t need all the space in the end. Rob was great to deal with and communication great and relaxed too.

Great spot in Whitianga

Rob’s place was fantastic. Both upstairs and downstairs were nice and spacious, great beds, well equipped, and everything was very clean. Rob was very helpful too. Would happily stay again!

Two night stop over

Sybil's place was an ideal quiet location for us to explore the area. An easy walk to the beach , boats and coffee shops. A comfortable and very well equipped place with lots of space. We appreciated the opportunity to do some laundry mid trip

Nearby part tp attend

We would have only booked upstairs had we understood the configuration which was a bit confusing. Instead we paid for upstairs and downstairs and only used upstairs. apart form that it was a Tidy comfortable and warm house in a super central location.

Just to clarify, our pricing is NOT based on what portion of the property you use (upstairs, downstairs or both), but based on the number of people staying, (After the two person minimum charge). Awesome location and great for a group

Perfect for a weekend away with friends. Space for everyone and communication excellent. Rob popped over to say hi and check everything was ok so he is right on hand. Communication was excellent and location perfect for us to walk to everything including lost spring. Highly recommend.
