The Fenced and private pool area has an expansive deck with both covered and uncovered areas. Plus an upstairs screened balcony overlooking the pool. The pool can be heated with an additional fee from March through November. Pool heat not available in winter.

Completely new inside and out and ready for renters in March 2024. The Beach house is located just one short block from the beach and offers 4 large bedrooms and 4 full baths.
The Kitchen that was just completed is a masterpiece. Innovative and elegant, functional and practical. The kitchen has all new appliances, marble countertops, bar seating, farm sink and commercial icemaker because its always 5 oclock somewhere.

The house is about 700 feet away from the beach, a quick 2-minute walk or a 15 second golf cart trip.
Laguna Beach is never crowded but still close enough to the action and all that Panama City Beach has to offer.
The home is roughly 5 miles from Pier Park, and 5 miles to Rosemary Beach and 30A.

Freshly painted and sparkling clean, That's what Sea Said has been updated with comfortable new furniture, kitchen appliances, full-size washer & dryer, smart TVs in living room & all bedrooms, new mattresses, bed & bath linens, in-ground swimming pool, and décor crafted by local artisans.

On the main level, you will find 2 king bedrooms with comfy mattresses and 2 full bathrooms. This level also includes the amazing kitchen, perfect for social time, meals, and prep. its the perfect vacation home kitchen.

The spacious living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a chaise, a large screen smart TV, and views of the pool area. Patio doors from the living room lead out to the covered patio and privacy-fenced pool area – a true backyard oasis! The kidney-shaped pool even has a small sun shelf for lounging in and out of the water. There is a large picnic table and additional seating on the patio as well as chaise lounges and chairs to use around the pool, and a large charcoal grill for your convenience.

There are 6 comfy beach chairs for you to take to and from the beach as well as other beach items for your convenience.
The upper level features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
We are located within easy walking distance (1 mile west) of famous Thomas Donuts and The Carousal Supermarket which has a full selection of groceries, produce, liquor store, and a great wine selection.
It's a short drive to everything else Panama City Beach has to offer including Pier Park, dining, shopping, beach bars, boating, golf, tourist attractions, and a variety of activities.

Minimum rental age is 25. Responsible (signing) party must be staying at the home for the length of the rental period. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations without refund. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.
