Standing Bear Lodge with High Speed Wifi

3 Bedrooms 2 Baths Three Story Cabin located in Upper Valley- Sleeps 11 Wifi, Hot Tub, Back-up Generator.



This large cabin home is located in the Upper Valley on a large peaceful lot! As you make your way down the driveway you will not only notice all the natural beauty this area has to offer but a sitting area with a fire pit and bench-style swing as well. The views are impeccable either from the ground floor by the fire pit or by the large deck that sits off of the living room area. This home also comes with a hot tub. The guest authorizes a $500 security deposit refundable after inspection of hot tub, upon departure. Property also has a gas grill for all your grilling pleasures.



As you enter the home you will see that there is a perfect mudroom for you to take your shoes off and jackets. Just off the mudroom are stairs leading to the basement where there is a bathroom, laundry room, and two bedrooms with queen-size beds.



Come back to the main floor which has an expansive open floor concept. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, large wrap around couch, large flat-screen TV, and floor to ceiling windows so you can always enjoy your surroundings and mountain views. On the main floor, you will find a full bath and a bedroom that has a queen-size bed. The large, fully equipped kitchen is on the main floor and has the same mountainous views as the living room. You’ll be sure to enjoy cooking your favorite meal with the views from the kitchen area. The kitchen has a large bar and wooden dining table that is sure to appease the seating arrangement for your hungry bunch!



Off the main floor bedroom, you have stairs leading to the loft where you will find a

futon and two day beds as well as a flat-screen TV.



This home is not pet-friendly so Fido will have to stay home for this trip.

If you need wifi, this home has you covered with high-speed internet.

TV viewing is powered by ROKU.

We absolutely loved this property. We came to Red River for spring break & shared the home with another family. The layout was perfect & all the items the house had made it very comfortable for us to stay! The property was beautiful! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Checkin process was easy and they kept in touch with us throughout our stay!

The location was beautiful and the house was great, there are 2 issues. 1. The floors are filthy, dead bugs in the bathrooms and the floor throw rugs/mats haven't been washed in a long time. House keeping not at it best at all 2. Change the mattresses, people are paying 300+ a day to stay there, go ahead a splurge on a 300 dollar memory foam and some new pillows...it was like sleeping on a lumpy rock.

Nice place but needs some work

This place was in a nice location if you don’t mind a 10-15 mile drive to downtown Red River. At the bottom of the deck stairs was like a ice rink! Needs some serious work on that area to prevent injuries. To empty your trash you have to haul it to town, which is ridiculous and if you don’t haul it yourself you get a fee. Place was nice and big and 10 stayed comfortably.
