A beautiful Villa with a spacious garden, only1 minute walk to beach !!
A cozy 3 bedroom villa in Haumoana that is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends.
A very comfortable lounge area with a wood fire for those cosy nights, (wood provided) and a dining area that seats six.
Perfect outdoor living, BBQ, and 3 separate seating areas, ideally suited to enjoy the lovely garden and sea air.
The Beach is a minutes walk from the front door..... bliss.
Fully fenced for your children's safety, and with off street parking.
There are two mountain bikes provided for the adults pleasure, some bikes/scooter for the kids entertainment.
About 100 metres down on Haumoana Road there is a great Cafe called Haumoana Coffee, you can't miss it with its beach murals on the outside and has wonderful coffee, pies, sandwichs and cakes. There is a awesome little succulent garden inside and is a great place to sit and sip your coffee or get takeaways and bring them home to Pohutukawa Villa's garden.
There is a dairy down the road in Te Awanga along with a fish and chip shop and a pub and a coffee van. Also in Clive which is ten minutes drive, there is a gas station, vege shop, chemist, great pub and various other shops for your convenience.
Surrounded by lovely wineries including the internationally renowned Clearview, lovely beach walks, (2 minute walk to surf break), the popular Hygge Cafe in Clifton (5 min drive) and don't forget the famous Cape Kidnappers Gannet tours.
This property is situated in Haumoana, which is 15 min's drive from Hastings and Napier.

The Villa is owned by 4 members of a family from Napier and located overseas. We bought the property 20 years ago so we always had somewhere to go when we came home to NZ. In between family use, we holiday rent our home to other families.
We like to have the home ready for other holiday makers as we would like it when we come home for a holiday.
Why they chose this property
We are located 1 minute walk from the beach and are on the major bike tracks of the area. We are five minutes walk to the lagoon and river mouth of the Tukituki River and there is stunning scenery everywhere around. Cafes and restaurants in the area are amazing.. Located in between hastings and Napier, its the best of both worlds and easy to get amongst the different towns and suburbs around.
We are positive you will love the area as much as we do.
