The Space:

Lakeville Lodge is a massive 4,000 square foot log chalet nestled on over 8 secluded acres, offering guests a perfect retreat. Located less than 5 minutes from the motorized Lake Wallenpaupack, this property is also a short drive from the historic towns of Hawley and Honesdale. Enjoy a day on the water with public boat launches or boat rentals, followed by dining at various local restaurants. In the evenings, unwind in the 7-person hot tub, challenge friends at the arcade machine, or gather around the outdoor fire pit.

Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $999 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.



Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Interaction with Guests:

Guests let themselves into the house via a Smart Lock and have no interaction with the owner. Owner available via cell for any questions during stay.
