Das Appartement ist sehr schön fotografiert. Ausgestattet ist es z.T. mit aus ausrangierten Möbeln. In der Küche gibt es eine uralte entsprechend abgenutzte Kaffeemaschine, der Wasserkocher ist kaputt. Die Ausstattung ist dürftig. Das Bad ist eine Zumutung. Die Duschecke ist so klein, dass duschen auch für zierliche Menschen (163/52kg) nicht ohne blaue Flecken möglich ist. Ausserdem ist sie sehr abgenutzt. Insgesamt ist das Bad sehr abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Nun ist auch klar, warum das Bad im Angebot nur sehr unzureichend fotografiert ist. Die Lage ist schön, aber auf der Terrasse sitzen ist nur angenehm, wenn einen beständiges Autorauschen von der stark befahrenen Nationalstrasse nach Italien nicht stört. Das Appartement kostet 160 Euro/Tag ohne Nebenkosten. Damit bezahlt man nur die die Cote d'Azur, denn die Ausstattung ist insgesamt sehr abgenutzt. Ergänzung: total abgenutzte Gartenpolster, Küche: kein Geschirrhandtuch, Tischlappen, Spülmittel für Geschirrspüler (sollte ich nach Anfrage selbst kaufen), sehr schmutziger Backofen. Bad: sehr verbrauchter Abfalleimer, 1Rolle Toilettenpapier für 12 Tag (auch die solte ich selbst kaufen nach Anfrage). Keine Info in der Wohnung zur Müllentsorgung auf der großen Wohnanlage, keine Info, wie man die Wohnanlage als Fußgänger verlassen kann (es gibt einen Knopf in der Hauswand, der ziemlich versteckt ist). Aktuell werden 215,-/Tag verlangt. Das ist niemals gerechtfertigt. Ich habe 160,-/Tag bezahlt, auch das ist nicht

Quelques éléments de l'appartement (par exemple la douche) et de la résidence (par exemple les parasols de la piscine) nécessiteraient une petite rénovation. Autrement, appartement spacieux, propre et confortable, moderne et situé à proximité du centre de Menton. Pour aller à pied à la gare, il faut répérer un peu le chemin.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. L'appartement est bien situé, proche du centre ville, avec tous les transports à proximité pour visiter Menton et ses environs. Le plus : une belle terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer! L'appartement est confortable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Une belle piscine à disposition dans la résidence. Tout pour passer de bonnes vacances. A conseiller!
