A spacious lower level 2 bedroom apartment located in the beautiful Grapeview Neighborhood. A quiet area close to lots of amenities, grocery stores, and restaurants. The place comes with a full kitchen, bathroom, living area with a sofa bed and a TV.
- Many stores within a 5 minute drive (Superstore, Walmart, and BestBuy).
- Niagara Falls (Clifton Hill) is about 18 minutes away.
- The Pen Center and movie theatre are 10 minutes away.
- Niagara Outlet Mall 11 minutes away
- Close HWY access

You will have access to the entire lower level apartment to yourself, the host lives upstairs but no area is shared. The guests will have access to the unit through the side door (not shared with the host). Guests are welcome to use the patio furniture in the backyard as well.
