He kicked us out before our check out time had arrived which upset me and also the soap dispenser feel off randomly while I was taking a shower

Krrish booked for 2 guest but they more than 5 in the suite. They violated house rules and partied all night with so much noise that my neighbour call the police. Police woke me up from deep sleep and we went to the suite to discover the mess. In the presence of police we had to ask them to leave.

Lacking some basic things such as notepad, pen, scissors. Couldn’t figure out how to use the bathroom hand soap dispenser. Larger plates were difficulty to wash in the small sink. I wound suggest changing plate sizes. Loud noises of children and adults fighting was very disturbing and concerning. Almost made a police to 911. Beds were comfy and clean, nice big tv and shower.

We appreciate all guest feedback, but it's important to address several misleading and inaccurate claims in this review. First, basic office supplies such as notepads, pens, and scissors are not standard provisions in vacation rentals, nor are they advertised in our listing. Guests are encouraged to review the provided amenities beforehand to avoid confusion. Our bathroom hand soap dispensers are in proper working order and are regularly checked between stays. If you were unsure how to use it, we would have been happy to assist — had you reached out. As for the kitchen, the sink is standard size for the space, and the plates provided are appropriately sized to balance function and practicality. Many guests have used the kitchen without issue. Changing out all dishware because one guest found it inconvenient is not a reasonable expectation. The most serious and unfounded allegation is your mention of “loud noises of children and adults fighting” and nearly calling 911. If there had been a real safety issue, reporting it immediately would have been the responsible course of action. Vague, unverified statements of this nature are not only unfair but potentially damaging and will be treated as such.
