* NO PETS ALLOWED — to keep the space allergy-friendly and comfortable for all guests.

* NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the unit, including tobacco, cannabis, or any other substances. Thank you for helping us keep the space fresh and welcoming.

* There is ONE designated parking stall available for guests within the building. For additional vehicles, nearby street parking is limited and may not always be available. Paid parking lots are also nearby but can fill up during peak season, so we recommend planning ahead.

* Motion-activated cameras are installed on the front and back exterior walls for general security. They’re always on, but only record when movement is detected—some activity may not be captured due to sensitivity settings. Footage is kept for up to 3 days or until checkout.

* Please note: this complex is a professionally managed short-term rental building, and all units are used exclusively for short-term stays. You’ll be part of a friendly community of travelers.
