The suite was clean and new. On the things that could be improved. Bath towels are too small and thin. There were 3 of us for 2 days but only 2 pucks for coffee. No wash cloths for dishes. People living above make a lot of noise arount 3am. There was a strong cooking odor lingering in the suite originating from the upstairs area.The outside door was about 20 inches height from the sidewalk. A step is needed to avoid slips, trips and falls.It is a nice suite and good price, minor improvements will make this a very nice place to stay while in Airdrie.

Hey Michael. Thank you for your responses. 2 nights is considered a short stay and it’s easier to wash stains hence why thin towels. I have had thicker towels that guest put stains several times and end up throwing them in the garbage for a new one. The coffee puffs are quite expensive and I usually give more based on request. I have seen guest take more puffs away with them hence I had to put some form of control. I can definitely work on the stairs but you are my first complainant on that. There were at least 2 wash towels provided in the kitchen so not sure what you meant. There’s only 1 person at home by 3am and they are already alseep at 3am except when they get to use the washroom so not sure I understand what you meant by a lot of noise
