BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- toaster
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The garage can accommodate 2 cars. Additionally, there is an available paid street parking.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
During your stay, enjoy access to the building`s gym, pool, BBQ area; communal garden, rooftop, and communal dining area. Additionally, a nearby park offers a serene spot for relaxation.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**No Parties or Events**

Wonderful Views

The apartment was spacious, airy and filled with light. The views of Woden valley from the bedrooms and balcony were wonderful. In all, a great place to stay.

Apartment stay Phillip

Apartment in ideal location. Check in procedure good. Apartment generally clean. Only issue was smell coming from near laundry area we kept doors open but didnt go away. Walking distance to shops. Overall good stay.
