This basement is a rear private entrance suite with a deck and a smart lock for self-check-in. This property boasts a spacious living space well furnished with a cozy sofa bed and a new 55" TV with cable and high-speed internet to make your stay relaxing. A lovely open concept, well-equipped kitchen with modern/new appliances, gorgeous dining space to give you and your family/business partners a memorable experience. This space also has a dedicated remote work/reading space, a larger one-bedroom with a queen bed, full bathrooms, and a laundry room.
