The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Disconnect personal accounts from the TV, e.g. Amazon prime, Netflix
Unplug small appliances such as kettle, coffee maker, blender etc.
Return the TV remote to the TV area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must be declared during the reservation. Any undeclared guests may be removed and will be charged a $50 per guest per night of stay.
We encourage guests to limit EATING ∓DRINKING to the dinning and kitchen spaces. Violations may attracts extra cleaning or replacement charges.
Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without any refunds.

Delightful stay! From scheduling unit thru departure everything went smoothly! Wale is definitely a super host! The unit is comfortable, spacious, well maintained and spotless. He provided great information about the area and was immediately available to answer any questions we had. Felt he communicated beyond our expectations! Walkable neighborhood and to choices of restaurants and a convenience store. Definitely recommend this unit!

A lovely open concept, well-equipped kitchen with modern/new appliances, gorgeous dining space to give you and your family/business partners a memorable experience. This space also has a dedicated remote work/reading space, a larger one-bedroom with a queen bed, full bathrooms, and a laundry room.
