This home features a formal living area that seamlessly opens to the kitchen, dining, and outdoor spaces—perfect for family gatherings or relaxing with friends. All bedrooms have new carpet, heating, and ceiling fans, plus a newly renovated bathroom and a second powder room.
Just a 5-minute drive (25-minute walk) to Ballarat CBD, or stay closer to home with cafés and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Sovereign Hill is only 3 minutes away by car, and for dog owners, Pennyweight Park across the road offers an off-leash area and playground.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, wine glasses, kids’ crockery, and cooking basics like utensils and salad bowls. Modern appliances include a coffee machine, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, and a large new fridge.
The dining room features double glass doors leading to the backyard and patio, an extendable dining table seating 8, a ceiling fan, sheer curtains, and a cozy fireplace.
We welcome pets and can provide a dog bed and bowls for your furry friend.

We are from Melbourne however, love coming to Ballarat which is only just over an hour from home. We have travelled extensively often staying in airbb/stayz homes which we love so hopefully we have set up a great home for other families to enjoy.
Why they chose this property
Not too far from Ballarat Central, very quiet street, large block with a big sunny backyard, as well as beautiful afternoon sun on the porch. The home has character, high ceilings and we are continuing to work on it and improve it.
What makes this property unique
The large block and nice raised porch area, open plan living and updated throughout.
Extras: coffee pod machine, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, airfryer, crockery, wineglasses, kids crockery etc)
