The property itself was spotless, fully stocked with everything needed for a great stay, and accommodated our group of four very comfortably. The beach and surrounding views are genuinely spectacular.While communication was smooth early on, responsiveness dropped off about two weeks before our trip. We received no replies regarding check-in procedures, which forced us to escalate the issue directly to VRBO support the night before arrival—an unnecessary layer of stress while traveling. The access details finally came through just hours before check-in.Once we arrived, however, everything went smoothly; we encountered no other issues, and the host was available and helpful throughout the remainder of our stay. A wonderful property, provided pre-arrival communication is handled more proactively.
