Situated in the extremely popular suburb of St Clair. Walkable access to some of the best beaches and the esteemed Esplanade area where you can find a selection of great cafes, restaurants and shops. Handy also to the popular "Dinosaur Park" and a nearby golf club.
A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater available in the bunk room. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed.
The interior of the property is entirely your own. The yard and driveway area is shared with our neighbouring accommodation, however it is scarcely used. There are a couple of steps up onto the patio area and then into the house, and then an additional 4-5 steps down from the kitchen area to the bunk room. The rest of the property is all on the same level.
From the peaceful front yard, enter into the living/dining room. The spacious main bedroom is to your left, with the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom (bunks) further beyond.
Handy to a public bus route that heads into town (bus stop is 400m from the property).
