Tiny Home: Please note there is a tiny home nearby. The tiny home will not interfere with Janie's Cottage nor your privacy when booking. The tiny home is located in a separate nearby paddock and cannot see the main house due to a large shed blocking the main house.
Rural Property: Please note this home is located in a rural area. Although the home has a regular pest service you may still encounter, bugs, insects, spiders etc.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
Listing Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
