The Green Gecko holiday home and now the Green Gecko Apartment.

Combined the house and apartment can now cater for singles to large groups. The house and apartment both offer guests a warm fresh decor, fully insulated with heat pumps. The house also has it's own HRV system.

Both the house and apartment enjoy free Wifi and Sky TV (basic and sports)

The properties are sited on a large 1012m2 fenced section on a quiet safe street within 100 metres of the Allenton Shopping Centre which offers Cafe, Four Square, Dairy, Medical Centre, Pharmacy, Garage and Fish N Chips.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, a master bedroom with queen size bed, queen room, singles (2x long beds) and king single room. A toilet with shower, toilet and vanity. Another toilet is located at the back of the house off the laundry. The house has a coin($2) operated washing machine.

The apartment has two bedrooms, the main a king (splitter) bed. The singles has a king single and bunks. The leather lounge is also a bed settee. The full kitchen has all required to cook a snack to 4 course meal. The lounge has 32" TV with sky and home theatre system. A door through the master bedroom leads into the garage where laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are available.

Over the back fence from St Davids Church, a stone throw away from Allenton Pre-School and Primary School. Within a kilometre to the EA Sports Stadium, The Domain and Ashburton Hospital.

The Domain is a large wooded park with well established fauna, a bird aviary and large modern childrens play ground and paddling pool. If that is too far to walk the "Hidden Park" a small grassed area is a short stroll around the block from base.

The Green Gecko Holiday Home is only a 15 minute walk or less than 5 minutes drive to the centre of Ashburton. All the large chain stores and fast food outlets are centrally located in Ashburton.
