Cleaning Fee is included in price! Comfortable, cosy stand alone house intrnal access to garage, a very light house. A heatpump to ensure you are warm during the winter months. Double glazed, UNLIMITED Wi Fi, CHECK OUT OUR WEEKLY AND MONTHLY DISCOUNTED RATE. Fridge and freezer. TV & Netflix. Off street parking. Queen bed, single and a fold out bed. Close to cafes for breakfast, supermarkets, cinema, event centre, swimming pool, golf course, museum and Lake Hood. A visit to the Ashburton Domain is a must.

Home away from home

Perfect small family stay

We booked this super little house for a few days while in town to support a family member at a sporting event. Not only was the house clean, warm and practical, it was well located with easy access to Ashburton town centre.

Awesome House

Get away to Tinwald

We stayed here whilst supporting our daughter to move to Ashburton. Prefect little spot so close to all the amenities. Unit clean and well equipped.

Immaculate property in lovely Ashburton

This place is lovely with all that you need. A short walk to some good restaurants and takeaway options as well as a small supermarket and fruit shop. We loved our stay.

Superb! Quiet, Clean great location.

I don't often give properties 5 stars but this property calls for it. It was immaculately clean on arrival after a simple check in process and regular communication from owner. Lovely sunny, 2 bedrooms with everything you need for your stay with thoughtful wee touches such as outdoor chairs and kitchen basics. Tastefully decorated and well equipped kitchen. Bedding was beautifully fresh topping off a very relaxing stay. Only 10 minutes to Lake Hood and 5 to Ashburton centre. Also 2 great cafes within walking distance. We look forward to going back for a relaxing stay!
