Double glazed, UNLIMITED Wi Fi, CHECK OUT MONTHLY DISCOUNTED RATE. Fridge and freezer. TV & Netflix. Off street parking. Queen bed, single and a fold out bed. Close to cafes for breakfast, supermarkets, cinema, event centre, swimming pool, golf course, museum and Lake Hood. A visit to the Ashburton Domain is a must. Perfect small family stay

We booked this super little house for a few days while in town to support a family member at a sporting event. Not only was the house clean, warm and practical, it was well located with easy access to Ashburton town centre.

As a regular visitor to Ashburton this has been the most stressless and comfortable stay. The house has all you need - a well equipped kitchen where we could cook proper meals rather than relying on take out or prepared meals, and we were able to eat at a table!! - Windows that let in heaps of light and fresh air - A great smart TV so you can continue to watch favourite shows.Christine is a great host; responsive, clear communication and she has thought of everything. Thanks again for a wonderful stay it's really appreciated.
