Located in peaceful Bassett Road in Remuera yet walking distance from the hubs of Newmarket and Parnell and 20mins by train to Britomart, City Centre. Set high up above Newmarket Park, this large house has a flat roof top terrace from which to enjoy views of the City, the beautiful surrounding suburb, Hobson Bay and Rangitoto.
Dine on the roof or walk to The Lumsden for craft beer or to Nuffield street for restuarants or Khyber Pass Road for Asian cuisine.
It is a 1km walk to Mount Hobson where Logan Campbell stood and looked over the sparkling Waitemata Harbour.
Within a 15 min walk are the coastal boardwalks around Hobson Bay, Newmarket Park, historic Parnell and the Domain and Auckland Museum. The rest of the Eastern suburbs and Eastern Bays are within 15 min drive. Like us you won't need a car, but if you do have one, the State Highway is 5 mins away.
Enjoy peaceful evenings close to the city in this comfortable home either on the roof terrace or the deck off the dining area.
Deposit of $300 required, refundable on departure.
The house is not suitable for children under school age as there are stairs and a high deck.
Special conditions:
Deck not suitable for small children.
Please note a refundable bond of $300 applies to all bookings.
