The unit was very comfortable and quiet. It was close to a lot of sights

Lance the host was very helpful. The unit had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was heated and clean. Very statisfied with our stay.

Accessing the keys was easy but the keys did not match the written or photo instructions given, which were inadequate. This proved a complication with car parking, as instructions were to swipe the tag, whereas in fact you had to press one of the 2 tag buttons to get in, the other to get out. Instructions also stated that parking was on level 1, but in fact parking was on level -1. The 'studio', as it was advertised, is a small bedroom with en suite in a 2 bedroom, 2 level apartment. The original apartment has been divided into 3 'studios', the 2 bedrooms plus whatever's downstairs. This belies Stayz's advertised promise that you get the whole property. It certainly surprised a lady arriving at the front door to stay in 'studio' 3, as we were leaving. Consequently there was no soundproofing between walls. We luckily had no problems. The bathroom is a good size and there is a small balcony. The position is outstanding - close to everything and with the light rail nearby. The bed was very comfortable. A unique problem for us on arrival was the appalling smell in the bathroom. The door had been shut and it was very obvious that someone had defecated in the bathroom recently, then shut the door, It wasn't dirty, just smelly. Another issue, for us was that we stayed 5 nights. There was only 1 set of towels and no laundry facilities. To me 5 days is way too long to use the same towels. We should have been left 2 sets. Overall, at least it was clean...
