There is no T.V or internet
The bach is a studio so suits couples or small families best. Although there is heaps of room to put up a tent or a caravan on the lawn.
There is a kayak (single,adult) for use. please dont drag it. It has a wheel mounted in the back to make it easy for one person to move. life vest to fit most adults.
A cleaner is pre-selected on booking. If you would prefer to clean yourself, please say so on application as its hard to change after the booking has been made.

Special conditions:
- Smoking allowed outside only
- Small house trained dogs are welcome as long as all dog hair is cleaned up when you leave. Section is NOT fenced so you are responsible for keeping pets under control.
Prior to leaving please ensure that:
- Gas cylinder in garage is turned off
- Lights are off
- Everything is unplugged and power points are switched off
- Refrigerator is turned off and emptied
- Curtains are closed
- All windows and doors are locked
Expected cleaning after your stay includes
-Vacuum
-Wiping down all surfaces
-Cleaning the shower and toilet
