10-minute walk to water's edge, 2-minute drive to boat ramp, 2-minute walk to view Glow worms (bring light)
Child proof fence at the front edge of section, but not fenced at the sides or back where the bush is

Bring your mountain bike for the new Motu cycle trail. Swim with the dolphins at Whakatane, fish with Ohiwa fishing charters, kayak hire with KG Kayaks.

TOWELS: Bring your own + face cloth
Provided are a small amount of instant coffee (plunger provided), tea bags & sugar. (No milk). Body wash, cleaning products, cloths & equipment. Tea towels & fresh pillowcases for all beds.
KITCHEN: Electric jug, toaster, electric frypan, microwave, Fridge is small, so a chilly bin is a good idea for those longer stays.
RUBBISH: to be removed by the guests on departure
or pay $5 for each large plastic bag if you wish to leave it behind. This must exclude food waste which owner will dispose of (free)
CLEANING: Guests to clean & leave as found - wand in shower to be used after each shower - (products & equipment provided)
CLEANING FEE: will be charged if this is left for the owner
WATER: Tank water - either boil your drinking water or bring your own bought water.
PARKING: Huge, room for a large boat and vehicles
