Railway Row Holiday Home, The Junction, Ohakune.

This self contained holiday house is wonderful in summer or winter. Our renovations have allowed the house to comfortably accommodate two families, giving you excellent value for money!

With a roaring fire, eco-fleece insulation, a heat transfer kit heating the bedrooms and woolen carpets, you will be cosy! Electric blankets on all beds. Firewood supplied.

Purpose built drying room to dry your gear overnight.

Instant gas hot water and a great shower. Gas hob in the kitchen.

The Ruapehu region offers many forest walks and exciting mountain biking options including the Old Coach Road trail (which begins just across the train tracks) and more advanced forest trails. The recently restored route takes in the lower slopes of Mt Ruapehu and passes many historic sites.

Over the train tracks is the train station, and the best restaurants and apres ski entertainment that Ohakune has to offer.

Special conditions:
• Families preferred. • No parties and no additional guests staying
beyond those booked. • No smoking inside. • No tents or additional
overnight guests without prior permission. • No pets allowed on this
property. • Please take your rubbish with you where possible. • Please
leave the house as you find it.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to bring your own linen (towels, pillow cases & sheets) All other bedding is supplied.

This is very comfortable, warm and cosy house with plenty of space for four adults and two kids and close to ski slopes. We particularly enjoyed the wood burner and how it heated the house. Kids loved True or False!! Thanks so much for the use of your property.

Fantastic little cottage really near to the mountain road and a short walk from a great family friendly pub. The log burner and vented heating system kept the whole house really warm, the kitchen was very well equipped and the house had a lovely feel to it. Very clean and tidy, would definitely stay here again!
