All comments should be filtered by the context that this property was booked on an emergency basis because a previous booking was cancelled with 24 hour notice. I did not have time to review carefully nor would I have chosen this venue back in April with my original booking. It advertises as 5 bedrooms yet has only 4 kitchen chairs and barely enough utensils/dishes for 10. THOUGH the most upsetting feature is motion detector lights in the bedrooms. They are on a very short cycle so one was constantly plunged into darkness - whether dressing, reading, looking for clothes.As well the bathroom sinks were plugged and never unplugged while we there. The kettle did not consistently work and the coffee maker leaked.Joe [host] always responded to requests [broom, more toilet paper, plugged sinks] and that was appreciated. But while the bedroom space does meet the standard for up to 10 people, the lack of dressers,or closet upstairs and the limited living space would be suited for a maximum of six.It worked [barely] for us, but as I said only as a last minute emergency replacement.
