About this property

This property is situated in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Elevated on the hill, the property offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape, stretching right out to the magnificent Cavalli Islands.

The beach house features two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a single-over-double bunk. The lawn provides a little space for children to play when you're not at the beach, lagoon or estuary. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck while you watch the sun go down with a glass of wine.

A lovely estuary and lagoon provide safe places for children to play, and a central reef offers divers plenty to explore. There are numerous fishing spots known for yielding some very impressive catches. With the Cavalli Islands close by (just a 15-minute boat ride) and the surrounding coastline, there are fantastic dive sites, including the famous Rainbow Warrior.

A private beach with gated access and a very friendly, safe community environment, there is lots to see and do. Tapuaetahi is situated 20 minutes from Kerikeri and 40 minutes from Paihia, although you may find it hard to leave this beautiful beach.

Xmas Getaway

We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view every morning. The batch had everything we needed and is well situated at the top of the hill. The private beach is wonderful.

Beautiful location - Amazing Beach

Had a great time staying at the bach, there were a few niggles with windows not having safety catches having a toddler and a huge drop to the ground pretty terrifying. A very strict check out time with the cleaner arrive before the actual check out time.

Had a lovely time, great view and such a nice place with a gated entrance making the place quiet even over the long weekend. The bach worked great for us. Simple but it’s all we needed. Great covered deck area with the view.

Lovely spot

Great spot. The location is brilliant. High up enough for a great view but a short walk (5 mins) to the beach which is Fanta. The house is small but is well equipped and has everything you need. It’s a fantastic spot to stay and we will happily return.

Such an amazing place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing location - the views from the bach were spectacular. The bach was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Easy walk down to the beach, which had a great estuary and lagoon to explore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of two days in this iconic kiwi bach.On our arrival we found the place to be well presented which helped make our stay a very enjoyable one, however there was one thing we found the oven door didn't close properly and so we chose not to use it, but all in all a big thumbs up from us,Cheers
