Private & Peaceful in Central Queenstown with secure off-street parking.
Perfect spacious holiday home for smaller groups up to 5 guests ; children & infants Welcome, (infants under 3yrs are free, just advise us for bedding , porta cot etc. ). The spacious air conditioned lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen make for easy entertaining while the bedrooms are large enough to unpack the suitcases. Private off street secure parking with gates secures your privacy. This property is on the base of Queenstown Hill, it commands great views, and if walking down into town requires a bit of energy to return however the effort is worth the proximity, location & views. This gets easier the longer you stay and burns off those growing unwanted calories.
If using a vehicle this isn't an issue and the choice is yours.
For the ski season, only 5 minutes walk to ski shuttles. A drying rack & dehumidifier is included in the laundry to ensure ski clothing is dry and warm before heading for the slopes as well as combination washer drier and outside cloths line to keep things fresh & clean when needed. The tiled floor in the hallway to bathroom and laundry has underfloor heating in winter and well as bedroom wall heating and electric blankets making your stay comfortable.
Easy walking distance to Queenstown's best walking/running tracks (Queenstown Hill, Queenstown Gardens etc).
Although one bathroom with shower and vanity, the toilet is a separate room to provide privacy and convenience as well as having a second vanity.
Commercial Linen and Exit Clean is provided within the nightly rate.
Highchair and Port-a-cot provided on request.
Couples and Families preferred.

The Base Rate advertised is for 2 guests only - additional guest fees are added for more guests.
Please ensure you have booked for the correct number of people you intend to stay, Extra Pre Booked Guests are $65.00 per person per night. If more unregistered people stay other than what is booked, you will be charged a higher rate of $130 including an administration fee per night.

Queenstown is our favorite place, where we can catch up with family, we can be adventurous or relax and unwind. We enjoy offering our properties to travelers from near and far. Linda had a eye for detail and maintained a high standard for guests in her property with upgrades. Linda passed away suddenly in July 2023 and I as her husband am now operating the property bookings and guests- all details remain the same. That's why some of the great reviews relate to Linda. She has owned this unit since 2015
I have owned the larger top unit since 2013 so together we operated a seamless guest experience which remains, with support from our local family assisting.
The top unit Eagles View Queenstown is also available for larger groups and both properties can be rented together.
I continue to live in our family home in the north island trout fishing town of Turangi with our GSP Dog Meg.
