Holiday cottage in a detached house adjoining another cottage (G152079), located 3km from the village of Sare, 14km from Espelette, and 16km from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Arranged over two levels, it comprises: On the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, freezer), a living room with a lounge area - a pantry - a shower room - a toilet Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) - 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm) - a bathroom - a toilet Electric heating is extra. Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen, towels, and household linen can be rented. A cleaning fee of €80 is available, payable on site. Outside, you can enjoy a south-facing covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a large garden. The site, located near a forest, is very pleasant. Rental is from Monday to Monday. Enjoy the sweet life of the Basque Country in this labourdine house divided into two gites which can be rented together.
