Absolute Beach Frontage - Te Ngaere Bay

We offer full refund for bookings cancelled due to travel restrictions.

Situated at Te Ngaere Bay, a small seaside community about 40 minutes' drive north of Kerikeri. The owner's parents built their dream house using Hinuera Stone, Cedar and Rimu beams. The house provides a comfortable roomy place to relax and enjoy the sea and its wildlife. There are many activities, including Fishing, Diving, Golfing, boating, and many scenic walks from coastal walks to Kauri Forest walks. There is a stream at the end of the beach that provides boat launching for 4WD vehicles. The Whangaroa Harbour is situated 30-minute drive to the north and is well worth a cruise to see the dramatic rock formations.

Maximum 7 Guests staying on property.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put used washing in bathroom, during the summer we wash them at home to conserve water
Please insure all windows closed all doors are locked and awning is rolled up
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum three nights stay. Three days notice required before stay. Except 25th Dec till end of February minimum stay is five nights
No pets allowed on furniture or left unattended inside the house in garage is ok. Section not animal proof. Must comply with animal regulations.
Charging of EV's is not allowed. Older house "Fire Risk"
