Oban Lodge is an historic fully self-contained cosy cottage which has been upgraded and refurbished, it adjoins native bush where birdlife is plentiful and wild deer are often seen on the property.
The cottage itself provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere, while being approximately 6 minutes walk to the center of Oban Township. Including the beach, store, restaurant, bar and visitor info to mention but a few.

Close to town

Exactly as advertised. Full kitchen ready for self-catering. Comfortable bed with heating blankets. Few minutes walk down the road to town. Would recommend.

Wonderful Cottage!

Wonderful cottage in amongst native bush a little walk from central Halfmoon Bay. Perfect for me and my mum and sister. Very clean and has everything you need.

Lovely comfy little cottage. Great having electric blankets even early in March. Was great having an air fryer but would have been great to have some cooking oil on hand. Would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge on arrival

Sweet little cottage

I found this to be a delightful spot. Close walk to town-8-10 min, a bit uphill from the busy part of Oban, but really not far. We didn't rent a vehicle and caught a taxi to the national park (you can call and book). Birds EVERYWHERE. Be prepared for sandflies. The home was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. I had beautiful sleeps. The kitchen was well appointed. It was a lovely spot to come home to after adventuring. I think "unique" sounds like a euphemism, but it was really nice and I would happily stay again. My only complaint was that we had so much sunshine that I was too tired to stay up to look for the kiwi. Oh also that I missed out on the fish & chips bc I didn't realize they closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Had a lovely time. Thanks!
