Die Wohnung war sauber und familienfreundlich. Zu den Geschäften und zum Strand waren es nur wenige Minuten.Auch die Restaurants in der Nähe waren ansprechend.

Maison à proximité de la plage

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison à Ouistreham. Points positifs : prix de la semaine très abordable par rapport à d'autres locations, véranda agréable, proximité de la plage, stationnement de plusieurs voitures possible dans le jardin Points négatifs : 3 chambres en enfilade (une au rdc dans laquelle se trouve l'escalier pour l'étage, donnant sur un grand palier mezzanine qui sert de chambre, donnant ensuite sur une autre chambre avec wc), vaisselles et autres équipements de cuisine un peu justes pour 10 personnes, pas de lave-vaisselle

maison a améliorer

bon emplacement près de la plage du centre ville et des loisirs maison intérieur propreté acceptable sauf dans les toilettes nous avons du nettoyés mais toujours de mauvaises odeurs , nous étions huit avec une seule douche et une toute petite cuisine ( pas de poubelle de cuisine ) belle véranda, tout ça déjà un peu juste pour 8 personnes Chambre et literie bien et montée d'escalier pas adaptée pour les personnes âgées les extérieurs manquent d'entretien

La casa si presenta bene e accogliente. Uno sguardo in più alle pulizie . Molto importante sistemare la condotta della fognatura considerando la cifra che si paga . Poi 20€ a persona x lenzuola e 5€ x salviette è troppo. Note positive è posizionata vicino al mare e centro con giardino per bambini con una veranda stupenda.

Typisch frans huis met franse inrichting en wat gebreken.

Het huis ligt fantastisch, vlak aan het strand en er zijn genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. De omschrijving van het huis kan beter: Er staat nergens vermeld dat de 2 slaapkamers boven alleen toegankelijk zijn via een slaapkamer onder en dat de trap heel steil en smal is. De 4e slaapkamer boven kan ook alleen bereikt worden via de 3e slaapkamer boven. Verder kon de serre niet op slot, deed de wasmachine het niet, en stond de garage vol met water. De kastjes op de badkamer stonden vol met spullen van de eigenaren alsmede de kasten op de slaapkamers. Ook de keuken stond boordevol met overtollige spullen. En meerdere stopcontacten zouden vanwege de veiligheid vervangen moeten worden. De douche zat vol met zwarte schimmel, en ook de rest van de kamers kon een goede schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Typisch frans dus. Als je dat geen probleem vind, is dit een prima huis vlakbij het strand. En verder was het fijn dat meerdere auto's op het perceel geparkeerd konden worden.
