At Coast and Country Boutique Holiday Accommodation on Waiheke we have something to suit your every need.

Matapana House sits just above the idyllic white sands of Palm Beach and has captivating, uninterrupted views that stretch out across Mawhitipana Bay. This property offers luxury living and is perfectly positioned for watching the stunning sunsets over Palm Beach.

The Property is a peaceful and private luxury home that provides a perfect departure point for all your island requirements; from lazing at the beach to visiting World class vineyards and restaurants. You can explore the Islands outstanding coastal walkways or take part in one of Waiheke's many outdoor adventures. Making your stay easier are the convenience store, Dragon Fired Pizza and Palm Beach Fish and Chip shop just a stroll away.
Whether it’s for a family holiday, a honeymoon or a short break, Matapana house is the perfect place to relax and unwind in style.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights except:
7 nights from mid December to mid January
4 nights over Easter
3 nights over bank holiday weekends

Each stay does incur a $ 325 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean.

This property may not to be used for are gatherings, parties or weddings.
Rental terms and conditions apply to all bookings
A bond is required for the duration of rental period
Minimum stay:
• 7 nights from mid December to mid January
• 4 nights over Easter

Stunning Waiheke getaway bach

Absolutely beautiful home with everything you need for a getaway. Easy access to Oneroa and Onetangi and lots of wineries close by. Own path that leads to Palm Beach and great deck to sit out in the sun. Our group had a wonderful time and will definitely return in the future. Thank you so much for having us!

Weekend away in Waiheke

Loved our stay! There was loads of space and the most incredible views. The place was very clean and tidy and would recommend to any larger group for a wonderful weekend away!

The property looked nicer than in the photos. Just a few minutes walk from the house to the beach though it started to get slippery midway when it was wet. Received quick response from Penny. Severine was very welcoming when we were there for the check in. We had a wonderful stay at the house!!! Love to stay here again in the future!!!

Absolutely perfect for our weekend away, a lot of fun and laughter shared as we admired the stunning view and took walks down the private access onto Palm beach. Enjoyed sitting out by the fire one of the nights. Was a little bit of luxury for our weekend away. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

A fabulous place to stay with friends for a wonderful weekend away. Very comfortable and a great location. We made good use of the fireplace and enjoyed walking in the local area. (If you're walking down to the beach, use the stairs a little way along the road instead of the path straight down from the house - especially if it's wet!)

Wonderful Property, would go back in a heartbeat. Great location overlooking Palm Beach. House is perfect for a family and has a lovely comfortable feel. The Matapana house is the ultimate vacation home. No attention to detail was missed and is very kid friendly. This is a home we would return for years to come with friends and family. The location was perfect for us as we did not want to be in the center of town. Only 10 minutes away by car. We wanted the relaxation and privacy of a soft beach in walking distance. This is Waiheke Island and NZ at it's absolute best. I bought a small group of friends over who were visiting from overseas. We kept having to pinch ourselves to check we weren't dreaming. A beautiful and stylish house, with walking track to Palm Beach - and the view is magnificent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.

A beautiful, well appointed property that catered extremely well for our group of ten.

A beautiful, well appointed property that catered extremely well for our group of ten. So many lovely touches - the outdoor fireplace was left ready for lighting, a welcome gift, towels on the beds - all combined with amazing views, and a gorgeous house for a perfect stay. There's a fish and chip shop and dairy in walking distance and the beach is a pleasant walk down through the bush, down the hill. Highly recommend this property.

What a spectacular house, from the second we walked in we were blown away. Stunning location and despite it being winter views were breathtaking, fire was wonderful and its a real homely house. Everything is top spec and just the perfect combination of luxury and comfortable. Thank you will definately come back.
