This property is not a venue, however small day time events and corporate meetings may be approved subject to consultation with the owner. First preference for bookings will be given to family groups and corporate groups. Whilst we want you to enjoy your stay we ask that there is no excessive noise, parties or large gatherings. Please respect the property and neighbours. Any damages to the property must be paid for by the renter.
Please note, the property also houses a separate managers dwelling, whilst you will have full and exclusive use of the principle residence and the facilities, the managers dwelling and private garden may be occupied during your stay.
