Very comfortable sleep and peaceful interior with exposed wood rafters. Lock box for the key made check in simple. Awoke to beautiful birdsong. Host was very pleasant and responsive. Would definitely stay again.
Great area peaceful and quiet. close to town and beach but just far enough away from busy tourist areas. Good info pack from owner about local walks and swimming holes etc really enjoyed our stay.
Super cute little place with amazing nature all around, 15 min from Kaiteriteri. Really nice owner who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.

Absolutely beautiful garden and peaceful warm house that feels like home. Perfect getaway to relax unwind from the busy city life
Loved this bach. Great location easy to get around to the popular spots. The property has a real rural feel without it being too far out of town. Great access to Kaiteriteri and national park. This is the perfect place to unplug and recharge. And we were quite entertained by the weka under the house :-)

Wonderful guests; polite, respectful and great communicators. My next door neighbor also said that they were lovely!
This is a spacious, country setting type location with a beautiful garden and everything you could ever need in the kitchen and dining and even some games and books in the lounge. It had a lovely warm and cared for feeling. The bathroom was very modern and the kitchen had a view of the garden. The owner was friendly and helpful.
Beautiful interior and comfortable accommodations.
It is a perfect home to relax in. I would have appreciated milk and sugar for coffee and tea provided. Price was very reasonable for no internet or tv. I didn’t know washing sheets and towels was required. Couldn’t find laundry soap. No dryer. I find it difficult to get out of an accommodation by 10:00 a.m. without cleaning. I personally, would rather pay more. It is a vacation, not a working vacation.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
Had to cancel the booking due very poor condition and dirtiness of bedding and linen.
We had to check in bit late due to the delay in our arrival time. After checking in to the property really late we found out bedding and the linen were very dirty and smelly. We found dog hair/ human hair even in between sheets. Also very dirty and smelly pillows. We called the owner of the house and she asked us to send some evidence so we sent the photos. We asked for a full refund due the reasons mentioned above but we received only the owner’s portion. Please organise to pay the balance. This was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience for us. Do not recommend to pay the full price of your stay before you check in.

Having been in the travel and tourism industry most of my life, I instantly realised that Ruwan's party were not happy with their booking. Although I had no obligation to offer a refund, I refunded them in full as did Home and Away. They said that their daughter had an allergy to dogs and they sent a photo of a dog's hair. I totally understand how off-putting this would have been for Ruwan's family who then started to worry about a faded patch on a blanket. I do occasionally make an exception to the no pets rule and allow dogs. I had a reservation two parties before Ruwan's arrival who had a dog, and I am very pleased to report that this is the only thing the dog left behind. If you either have an allergy to dogs or have a four legged family member, please make that known at the time of booking.
Pleased to have it validated that I am easy to deal with. I even refunded, in full, a client who was unhappy with a sparrow poop mark on the clean bedsheet and found a solitary dog hair! My priority is that you really enjoy our home and that it is what you want and hopefully more.
Great wee batch. Handy to everything in the area, actually looks better than the photos and super spacious property! Would 100% stay again.

Well located for walking the beautiful Abel Tasman Park
Well located for walking the beautiful Abel Tasman Park. Quiet and colourful garden in relatively secluded area. Spacious for two, seating not generous for larger parties. Facilities are somewhat sparten and tired and a few basic additions would significantly improve the experience particularly for longer stays (we stayed for six weeks). Excellent base for golf (Motueka golf club highly recommend) and prime trout fishing on nearby Motueka River.
