Your four-legged family members are welcome too! Docks, Decks and Sunsets welcomes dogs, so your pup can join you for your Carolina Beach getaway.

- $250 non-refundable pet fee.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times outside the property
- April 1 – September 30: Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM
- October 1 – March 31: Dogs are allowed on the beach anytime

- Check in is at 4:00PM or after and check out is at 10AM.
- Linens and towels are included.
- Must be 25 or older to rent.
- Smoking in the condo or balcony is not allowed.
- A signed Booking Agreement is required before check-in.

** Important Flooding Information **

Because this is a canal-front property, Canal Drive can experience flooding during strong storms or King Tides. Water may enter the carport and lower entry area during these events. The area is designed to drain as the tide recedes. We recommend reviewing the North Carolina King Tide Chart when planning your stay, particularly during periods when higher-than-normal tides are expected.
