The building is located opposite the Océarium, a 5-minute walk from the city center, all amenities and 30 minutes from the TGV station.
Private parking is included in the reservation
From the residence you have direct access to the beach.
The studio is on the 2nd floor, you can access it by an elevator.
Due to the narrow entrance with a step, the studio is not accessible to people with disabilities and wheelchairs.
The main room includes a 140 cm convertible sofa, a kitchenette, a table and 4 chairs, a sideboard, a wardrobe and a coffee table. Next to the main room is a spacious bathroom with a toilet area. You will go up to the mezzanine by a cabin ladder. The mezzanine includes 2 independent 90 cm beds with 2 bedside tables.

Through the window you can contemplate the magnificent view of the ocean with, among other things, its splendid sunsets.

Bonne escapade solitaire

Très bon séjour au Croisic, malgré le temps (normal en janvier sur la cote Atlantique).Mais le logement, très calme, permet de bien vivre ces moments un peu compliqués.Beaucoup de possibilités de sorties : musée du sel, Guérande (une douzaine de km), l'aquarium (à 200m du logement), et beaucoup de ballades possibles sur une cote extraordinaire. Et les restaurants sont presque tous ouverts pendant les vacances de Noël

Séjour très agréable malgré le temps ☺️ Avec mon fils nous avons trouvé l'emplacement vraiment parfait avec une vue magnifique. Seul point faible si je peux dire, les dates de l'ouverture de la piscine de la résidence ne sont pas communiqué et malheureusement elle était fermé pendant notre séjour. Merci 😁

Emplacement très bien

Studio bien aménagé, très clair, très belle vue de la fenêtre sur la mer et la plage en direct. L'échelle pour accéder aux lits de la mezzanine est plutôt raide, mais les lits sont très confortables. Le tour de la presqu'île est vite fait à pied mais c'est une balade très sympa. Les magasins (ou marchés) ne sont pas loin du logement.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht (es gibt fast alles an Küchenausstattung), herrlicher Blick aufs Meer vom Fenster aus. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und per App gut erreichbar. Das Gebäude hat auch eine Rezeption mit ebenfalls freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Ein tolles Gebäude, was allerdings etwas verlebt aussieht (Teppiche in den Fluren, Geruch aus Abflüssen, ...) aber trotzdem OK. Es waren ein paar sehr schöne Tage dort, der Ort ist auch sehr schön und das Ozenariom gegenüber ist einen Besuch wert.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le studio était très propre et bien situé avec une belle vue sur la mer. La propriétaire était très gentille. Des produits étaient déjà dans les placards ce qui permet d’éviter la corvée des courses trop chargées à l’arrivée.
