Fully Reno'd 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Legal Basement Suite. Heart of the Southside

Hello and welcome to our home.

When you arrive, please let us know if you need anything or if you need help with the TV, fireplace or internet (or anything else!)

Most people use the king bed if they only need one bedroom. That's the room to the right when you come into the suite. The mattress is really comfortable and we've tried to provide great quality linens.

The kitchen has a full complement of cooking supplies, pots & pans, and utensils. Do a little exploring in the drawers and cabinets. If you don't find something you need, please ask.

We have regular and decaf pods for the Keurig machine but there is also a french press and coffee grinder with beans.

The fireplace can also be used as a supplementary heating appliance.

Please start the dishwasher with the detergent tabs provided (located under the sink). Other than that, there's nothing you need to do. You vacation. We'll clean up.

“Quiet Time” hours are between 10pm and 8am. No excessive noise during this time (or any time), please. Be mindful and considerate of others!

Stays of greater than 10 days will be subject to additional cleaning fees of $80.00/maintenance clean approx. every 7-10 days.

My children love the place. Distribution of bedrooms, washrooms, kitchen and living room were excellent. We stayed for 5 days, and all of us enjoy the place, very convenient and close to many store.I definitely come back.

Great suite for a Lethbridge stay

This is a modern well equipped quiet suite. Alfred is an attentive host. I do like having the coffee provided to start the day. The cable and internet worked well. My family will definitely stay in Alfred's properties again.
