Charming heritage house 2-bedroom home in the heart of downtown.
You will love the Victoria Park area - convenient downtown location. Close to coffee shops, Yates theatre, hospital, parks and central located to all the Lethbridge arenas.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
Damages and security deposit
1. The fireplace is display only and the chimney is disconnected. Please do not attempt to light a fire.
2. In the basement, you will find the electric panel. Please do not open it unless in the unlikely event of a power outage.
3. I understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to me before checking out.
4. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
Rules regarding off-limit areas
1. Sunshine House has a tenant upstairs the back patio and stairs is their space. Please respect them with noise levels and privacy.
No Parties and Events
1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. Any small gathering is restricted to six people in total and must comply with the rules regarding noise.
Extra Guests and Visitors
1. A maximum of four visitors is allowed during the day.
2. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates.
3. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.
Neighborhood and Noise Levels
1. The majority of our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep.
2. While our neighbor’s dog is friendly, please don’t pet or feed him.
3. If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
4. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
Pets
1. Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
2. Please don’t allow your pet onto any furniture.
3. Have your pet on a leash while sitting outside.
4. Please ensure that your pet is inside the house during nighttime.
No Smoking
1. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside the property.
Garbage & Recycling Disposal
1. We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bin.
2. Any paper waste should be placed in the blue recycling bin.
3. Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided grey trash cans for this in the bathroom.
Laundry available
If you need to do some laundry during your stay a washer and dryer are located in the basement out the white stable doors in the kitchen.
1. Laundry machines are shared space with upstairs. Please do not leave your laundry in the washer or dryer after it has completed it cycle
