About this property

This gorgeous architecturally designed modern house is positioned to maximize the sun and as well as to enjoy the amazing views of the vineyard and the Tararua ranges. There are four outdoor sitting areas three vineyard facing and one a windless courtyard which has outdoor dining and bbq.

The large garden is perfect for the family to run around and play. There is also a
Petanque court. There is access to walk around the adjacent vineyard which can be enjoyed on the weekends and restricted hours during the week days.

The kitchen is well stocked should you wish to use it or there are many fabulous eating and drinking options in and around Martinborough for those who like walking or biking or simply going for a game of golf again there are plenty of places to go. There is an outdoor pool close by during summer months as well as a dog walk park which is available for giving your dog a run.

The house is warm there is a heatpump as well as a log burner and extra heaters if needed during the winter. We do have concrete floors throughout the house.

The house is located in a semi rural part of town and is a 15 mins walk or 7 min bike ride into the centre of Martinborough
All the bedrooms and living areas have spectacular views of the Tararuas and adjacent Vineyard

There are three queens sized bed bedrooms and two bathrooms one ensuite
and one shared there is also a separate WC

The garage is available to use where you can use pool table, bikes, xbox, book swap.
The house does have sky sport should you want to catch up on any of the sport. Other wise just kick back and follow the sun around and enjoy a glass of wine from one of the many vineyards nearby or a craft beer or gin.

This property is perfect for a couples weekend away or for a family you may bring your dog (non shedding).

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the property and no parties or events of any kind to be held at the house.

Simply Devine - A relaxing Haven!

We had the most beautiful two-night stay in this stunning home which is so well equipped and welcoming. The views out across the adjoining vineyard was so relaxing and no matter the time of day, there's an outdoor seating area to enjoy the sun and enjoy a local wine! Will definitely book again!

Absolutely stunning property!!!!

House is just beautiful and we loved all the touches, incredible bed linen and fluffy towels and robes. Was bonestly like staying in a hotel. Photos really dont do this property justice. Amazing location and we just loved our stay. Cannot recommend this property more!!!! 10/10.

Lovely stay

We had a great short stay at Amanda's place. The house is set up very well and easy to live in with beautiful views. Nice and quiet, but close to town. Ideal.
