This home was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood for us to visit our son at Wheaton College. It came with lots of snacks and drinks. New were very appreciative of this. The kitchen was well stocked too. This is the first place that I've ever stayed in that had food storage bags and that is one of my biggest complaints when we stay places that they don't have them. Beds were comfortable!

Family friendly home. Host took care of everything including refreshments, complementary breakfast ( cereal, oatmeal), coffee, even milk for your coffee. Kitchen very well equipped, rooms and bathrooms very clean, equipped with hair blowers, hair iron. For family with kids: basement with dolls house, foosball, basketball hoop on a door . Lots of place to play. Wash machine and dryer if needed. Even stroller for toddlers. Really, very satisfied from renting this house and I’m recommending it for everyone. . The property worked well for our needs and the whole home was well appointed. There was everything we needed to spend the almost 2 week stay. Hosts were responsive to a couple small issues and they took care of them immediately. I appreciated that they left coffee,milk, and basic staples along with lots of snacks and breakfast options. We will definitely consider staying here again when needed and definitely recommend the home. It’s especially convenient if you have children as they have a crib and other amenities needed for small ones.

This was cute, cozy, and spacious. We rented this location for a conference in St. Charles at the Q Center. This was cute little home away from home. Our hosts were very thoughtful and even purchased a fresh half gallon of milk for us. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoy sitting in the basement area just talking and watching a movie after a long day at the conference. We would definitely rent this space again!

Perfect!

We needed a place for our family to have some peace and quiet and to be able to make meals at home. We loved having a kitchen available, a yard, and a few books & toys to entertain the kids. We were impressed with how well this place is set up for out-of-towners. And the bedding was very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Super clean and well appointed

We live nearby and rented this house for some family who was visiting because we don’t have enough extra space to host them ourselves. The home was extremely clean and met our needs perfectly. Amazing holiday vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The house was well stocked and very very clean. The hosts decorated their lovely home for the holidays with Christmas trees, wreaths, place matts and numerous decorations. We felt like we were at home. The home has everything! There were snacks, milk, water and plenty of shampoo, hand cleaner and even new toothbrushes to use. We will stay here again. The place was amazing. Thank you for making it a memorable holiday.

We've been residence of Winfield for the last 20 years and absolutely love our town and the surrounding areas. We're very dedicated parents and property owners. We currently have a long-term rental property that has been occupied by the same wonderful tenant for the last 13 years. We love being landlords and have recently decided to get into the short-term rental market as well.
