It was the perfect family friendly house. From the game room to the hot tub and fire pit my boys loved every minute of it. Very clean and well stocked for almost everything you need. Great location with the airport and restaurants. And best part it was away from the busy downtown but its just a short drive there. Will be staying again

This is a great place and very pet friendly. Only negatives were lack of hashtags (only one in the home), no hair dryer when it advertised it had one, and no TV in any of the bedrooms. The home was clean, spacious, fireplace and hot tub are a great bonus.

I must not have paid attention to the listing. I was pleasantly surprised with as much space there was in this house. The neighborhood is quiet (except for my barking dogs). Everything you could think of was thought of....including a welcome note with chocolates. My daughter-in-law is graduating from Columbia College in May and I definitely want to stay here again. Thank you, Maggie. Everything was wonderful!

Great and convenient little property.

Good house with 3 bedrooms. 1.5 bathrooms. The hot tub is a nice touch. Just your average house, nothing extravagant. Had towels and all. Netflix etc. was overall a pleasant stay.

Absolutely loved having the hot tub

Everything was very clean, and they left a little treat of chocolates and a bottle of wine. Very kind, and the place was well kept. Very soft and comfortable pillows, and the couch was pretty comfortable too. But the mattresses are quite hard.

Amazing property and Host

This property was beautiful, clean, quiet area and fully stock with everything you need. My family loved spending the holidays in this property. My dogs loved it more with the large backyard, they didn't want to come in. I definitely recommend staying in this property and the host was amazing with her fast response. We stayed on Valentine's weekend. Used the fireplace and the hot tub as these were must haves for us. Everything was very clean, so I felt a little bad dirtying the fireplace up. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves in that area again.

We stayed for a long weekend to Chicago for a college visit. The home is comfortable, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were responsive and check in and out were easy.Minor gripes, like having to buy batteries for the TV remote or the fact that there's no central air conditioning (which I've come to learn is not uncommon in older Midwestern homes) were minor inconvenience (the window units worked fine). All in all, it was a great value and we would stay again.

My family had a wonderful stay. This house is in a quiet neighborhood but was the perfect distance to take day trips into downtown Chicago. The house was very clean and had absolutely everything stocked that you could need. My daughters enjoyed the hot tub. Having a kitchen with everyrhing you could need to cook and a laundry room with washer and dryer made this so much better than a hotel. We stayed during a spring break trip but would absolutely come again during the summer months.
