This cozy estate has plenty of space for a family of seven, including kids. If you need a bit more room, there are two extra sleeping spots available, just in case. With two cozy bedrooms and a clean bathroom, guests find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The home stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all dirty towels and linens in the laundry bin in the bathroom closet.
Please remove any full trash from the bins in the home and throw out to the bins on the side of the garage.
On Monday mornings please roll out the bins at the side of the garage and put them at the front curb by the stop sign.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be courteous and respectful of our home. While we welcome pets, PLEASE make sure they stay off the furniture and beds due to pet hair.
Please be courteous of our neighbors. We welcome our guests to enjoy the home and its amenities, but do NOT allow group parties.

The property was like the Pictor except the fence in the back was damage you have to be out there with your dog . Stored was near by . The host was excellent the barbecue grill need cleaning it could not be use . Our over all stay was very good. Will stay there again.

Great location in a really quiet neighborhood with a lot of unique houses. We didn’t cook at all but enjoyed the big kitchen and Nespresso machine for coffee with our easy breakfast. We bought our own Vurtuo pods. Checking was really easy and appreciated the driveway parking.

Overall the house was nice, clean, and as described. My only complaints were that the front landscaping bed was overrun by poison ivy and starting to encroach on the front porch steps. I'm highly allergic to it so I did my best to stay clear from it. The front door is a little finicky as well. It takes some getting used to to not only unlock/lock, but to even open it. Besides those two things, again, the house was very clean and worked for the night we needed to stay.

The home has a washer and dryer in the basement and if only offered upon request. We had several communication throughout the booking and laundry was never requested or inquired about.

Host was great at communicating throughout the process. House was perfect. Great yard for the dogs and looks to be recently updated and very clean. Wasn’t a fan of being forced into the insurance or they take a big deposit when you book but don’t know if that is this listing or a VRBO thing. Still besides that it was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place and great location, Cozy and felt like home. Easy access to everything. Simple and easy check in/out. There was a power outage right after we arrived from a bad storm. The owner was great and offered assistance during the outage.
