Lodge, 7 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 12)
My husband Ross and I are very excited to be running our very own B and B in an ex Convent. It's something I have wanted to do for a long time. I have been in the hospitality industry for 10 years at Christian camps in Auckland and in Taranaki so this was a great move for our family. One of my favourite things to do is feeding people and after that playing the new genre of board games such as Settlers, Domination and Pandemic. Unfortunately my family don't exactly share my passion so if you are in the mood to learn a new game I would probably be delighted to teach you.

Why RosanneBarker chose Stratford
The 7 comfortable rooms and delightful lounge/dining area provide a very private , peaceful stay for our visitors. You can have as much of us as you wish; visit for a coffee and chat or get on with what you came to Stratford to do. The rooms are simply but freshly decorated and our recent renovations look great. Each area has new carpet, a vanity and a space to hang your clothes. Bedrooms 1,2, 6 and 7 have wardrobes. The lounge can be used for dining, working, watching TV, DVD's and Netflix or for curling up with a good book or magazine. In fine weather the small private garden area is great to drink a coffee or hang out with your friends
What makes this Guest House unique

Great place to stay and would book again. Warm dry and everything you need!
As suggested in the discription
Excellent for a family stay
Home away from Home!
Stepping into the softy tone,
walking of the life of a traveller,
no wonder what it is, no wonder where it is!
Just the same old stuff of custom.
Feel the warmth, let the mood be.
Whatever there is, wherever there is.
Lying on the softy bed, letting free...
Just the wind vane, letting the natural way.
Bush, plants fill the scene.
Sky blue all over the new two-day year.
Heading to here, heading to there...The Egmont with streams and pools...Oh, waterfalls of tiny sweety.
Just a home away from Home.
