Un peu vétuste la salle de bains..rouille.. et un ptit coup de peinture serait bénéfique. Pas de canapé bz comme annoncé mais un canapé en rotinEt manque sac poubelle et papier toilette: les indispensables..

Le studio est idéalement placé près de la plage. Il est très bien équipé. Bien orienté avec le soleil uniquement en soirée.Vanessa a été très accueillante.Notre séjour était parfait.

Très bon séjour à la baule escoublac

Appartement proche de la plage ,tout se trouve à côté restaurant, magasins etc. Appartement dans l ensemble correct.

Agréable séjour du pont du 15 août

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la proximité à pied de notre location avec la plage de la Baule située plein Sud. Appartement certes petit mais parfaitement fonctionnel pour un couple avec un enfant (éventuellement) sur un séjour de courte durée. La propriétaire est très accessible et à l'écoute. Rien à redire. Quant au tarif, abordable compte tenu de la période. Sylvie L

Disliked: Listing accuracy

Pas du tout adapté pour 4 adultes

Très décus par l'annonce qui ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. En effet, 4 couchages adultes, il n'y avait pas de vrais lits mais des matelas assemblés dans une seule pièce un studio comme le dit l'annonce. Mais pour 2 couple, cela ne fonctionna pas, aucun confort, c'est un plan certes pas cher mais à éviter si vous souhaitez bien dormir à 2 couples sans vous gêner. Point positif : la baignoire et le loggia ainsi que l'emplacement très proche de l'océan et des commerces. L'hôte est agréable au téléphone mais elle aurait du expliquer qu'il y avait 2 personnes qui portaient le même nom sur son étage pour éviter les confusions et les attentes inutiles.

Bonjour, Je suis navrée de savoir que vous n’avez pas été pleinement satisfait de votre séjour. Le logement est prévu pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants comme précisé dans l’annonce. La pièce principale est équipée d’un canapé BZ avec literie pour 2 personnes et d’un lit gigogne 2 places (adapté aux enfants). Il ne s’agit pas de matelas assemblés. Vous n’étiez que deux adultes lorsque je vous ai rencontrés, mais vous indiquez que le logement n’a pas été adapté pour recevoir 4 adultes. J’ai également bien précisé à votre sœur qui m’a contactée par email, sms et tel que nous sommes deux personnes à porter le même nom au même étage.
