The property was really great for myself and three sisters. We appreciated the 4 bedrooms with queen and king beds. It had great spaces indoors and outdoors for eating, lounging and playing games. The proximity to Helen as well as great hiking and waterfalls was excellent. The management company was super communicative and easy to work with. Our only real complaint was that the pots and pans should probably be replaced. The frying pans had lose handles. We could still use them to cook, but in contrast to the really nice dinnerware (plates, glasses, silverware) the pans were sub-par. Additionally, including clorox wipes or a cleaning spray to wipe down counters would have been nice.Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend the cabin and the property management company.

Enjoyable stay very near Helen. Property was clean and cozy. Plenty of room with three floors. Only negative was there were no fireplace tools for the wood burning fireplace.

Lazy Bear Lair in Helen

We stayed at Lazy Bear Lair for a couple of days before a family reunion. The property was wonderful and exactly what it was advertised to be. Other than rain for both days, the trip was wonderful and quiet.
