Great place for more than one group. We had 5 adults & 3 kids & had plenty of space. Property is close to back gate for easy in/out & close to Ruby Falls, Unicoi park, and downtown Helen.

Family Mountain Fun!

This was a wonderful experience and just what our family needed for a fun getaway! We enjoyed the comfort of the house and all the space. The peaceful nature setting was perfect! Great location for getting into Helen. I’m definitely going to be back and do an extended visit next time.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway trip, the house was beautiful and clean and had everything we were looking for including relaxing in the hot tub and visiting downtown Helen that has great food and music and would recommend this air B and B to everyone.
