This place was perfect for us! Close to Helen. Secure gated community. Bedrooms were huge! I also appreciate the lightning fast responses from the property manager. Would definitely stay again.

Great location.Nice, clean house. Issues were used wet towels in bathroom floor upstairs and on floor in laundry room downstairs. Dishes in dishwasher, which appeared to be cleaned, but we rewashed to be on the safe side. Bed in main floor lumpy and needs to be replaced. Porch with hot tub nice, but yard needs to be cleared of rotted fallen branches. The sectioned sofa very stained needing a good cleaning! Grass in front needed mowing!The trash can was full from last occupants! We never found the game room advertised. We paid a lot of money for the weekend and we’re disappointed with what was advertised!

I appreciate your feedback and would like to address these issues you had. First, we take the cleanliness of the house very serious. Upon completion of each clean, I walk through the home and inspect it for any items missed. This specific day I went behind maintenance and fully inspected. I didn’t see any used towels prior to your check in or large yard debris. Sorry our "secret game room" was so secret that you were unable to locate it. It's upstairs behind the mirror with the wall mounted track. As for the trash can being full upon check in, trash pick up is only offered once weekly on Monday. During busy weeks, there may be trash in the outside can. However, we know it wasn't full because our maintenance person removed several bags prior to your arrival. My apologies for the extra length on the front lawn. Although it is normally cut weekly, the wet weather prohibited the lawn service from mowing that week. In our many texts and conversations during your stay, I wished any of this was mentioned so we could have quickly addressed as we did for your several other questions. Again, I appreciate your feedback. It helps us improve. Thank you for staying with us!

Great home with an awesome hot tub patio area! The hidden game room was really cool and the decor was excellent! Home had more than everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Very clean and spacious place to stay at and enjoy a mini vacation! Only a couple things that could have been better were one of the Beds in one of the rooms that was very uncomfortable to sleep in and the back door would not lock so we were kinda concerned but nothing happened. Other than these couple of things, host was very friendly and helpful, the house was beautiful inside and out and we would def come back!!
