- Accommodation: This property offers 1 Bathroom and 2 toilets and 3 bedrooms, consisting of 1 King, 2 Queen & 1 Single Bunk (2 singles), sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. The property is fully furnished, however you will need to supply your own linen, towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Ceiling fans throughout the property

Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

- On arrival, all guests are required to complete a Holding Bond. This is an imprint of a valid Credit Card for security and to ensure the property is left neat and tidy and Undamaged from your stay.
