We enjoyed your stay at this spacious Temple home located in a quiet neighborhood, with a well stocked kitchen and large fenced backyard for our dog to enjoy. Would stay here again!
The house is very clean and well stocked. The communication with the managers. I have stayed in many in Temple as my brother is ill and this was by far the best experience.

Clean on the inside and spacious
The home has been renovated, was spacious, and overall was clean, but there was some quirkiness to the home (e.g., no closet door in the master bedroom and the master bath had half a bifold door vs. regular door). The location was right off the freeway with easy access to the freeway.

Homeowner's Response:
"Hi Mike and Dawn, thank you for your review. We're glad you found the home spacious, clean, and conveniently located. As for the quirks you mentioned, we hope they didn't detract too much from your overall experience.
Thank you again for your feedback."
The house is very attractive, interior and exterior. Location was convenient for going out and about, as well as taking a walk/getting some outside time.Amenities were not re-stocked after previous guests exit. (We did not have enough toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap for our 4 day stay. We had no paper towel, and almost no garbage bags left.) Also, although there are 2 ovens and a convection oven, baking pans were non-existant. Just a bit invconvenient for pizza, french fry and biscuit preparation.

College Graduation
We had a family of 11 stay for a graduation. There wasn't enough towels for showers. The bunk beds were very unstable and we ended up having to take the top bed and put it on the floor. The backdoor did not lock. The kitchen utensils were slim. There was no veggie slicer. No cooking sheets. Was very limited in the kitchen. No tin foil. No pepper. Made cooking much harder.

Hi Rachel, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that’s 100% ready for their stay, so we take feedback like this seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- We’ve had our handyman take care of both the bunk bed and the backdoor lock to make sure everything is safe and working properly.- We're sorry for the trouble with the towels—extras were available in the linen closet, and we’ll make their location more obvious for future guests.- Thank you for the information about the kitchen essentials. We’re looking into what needs to be added or replaced to better support guest needs. We’d love the chance to welcome you back for a smoother, more comfortable stay in the future!
This is a nice location and home is tastefully decorated. Notified the owner of unsafe bunkbeds for little ones. The mattresses did not fit frame. Top bunk was missing sheets we found in the dryer the day before we left. Top bunk mattress also would push down through bars and we put that mattress on the floor. We cleaned lots of cobwebs but still had more in the kitchen. Only one pan was usable for us in the kitchen. Others were badly damaged. No dish towels. Both toilets were loose and the tub spout. Guest bath does not have outlets so we had one bathroom to do hair in for the wedding we were attending. The table top was not attached to the bottom so we had to make sure an adult was with kids at the table so they did not push it off. We did have 3 roach sittings in the master bath. (My son has those pics). Host was responsive and said he would have items fixed.

We’ve also scheduled a full preventative pest treatment to ensure the home remains comfortable for all future guests. Thank you again for communicating with me during your stay and giving me the opportunity to make things right. I’m committed to continuously improving, and your feedback helps us do that. I hope we can welcome you back for a smoother and fully enjoyable visit in the future."
This is a remodeled home that is spacious and was clean. The host was responsive when texted, there were no issues with the home itself. There is just a couple of things that made our stay a little uncomfortable. The first was on the first day we discovered the dryer did not work. Reported it to host and they said they would let maintenance know. No one ever showed up to fix it. So we were unable to wash and dry our clothes. The second was there is a permanent guest that lives in part of the house. So we woke up to a strange vehicle parked between our vehicles in the driveway. A few minor maintenance things need to be taken care in the house but that is normal home care.

We’re so glad you enjoyed our spacious, clean, and remodeled home, as well as our responsive communication! We appreciate your patience regarding the dryer. The appliance suffered unexpected damage right before your stay. While we ordered the replacement part immediately, it unfortunately did not arrive in time. We can confirm that the dryer is now fully operational for future guests. Additionally, our property includes an on-site suite with a long-term resident. We are updating our parking reminders to ensure driveway space remains clear and seamless for everyone. Thank you for your helpful feedback as we continue to provide a comfortable experience.
