Enjoy your stay just off the slopes of Steamboat Ski Area at Promontory 14. This is a top floor 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom residence that takes in stunning views of the Yampa Valley.

The main floor opens up to a light and bright great room with gas fireplace, lots of seating, dining space and kitchen. Also on the main floor is the 3rd bedroom, full bathroom and a great size deck off the living space with amazing views down the valley. Upstairs there is an open loft with seating, perfect for a little quiet time or bonus hang out space. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs too. Please note the bathroom has a small bathtub (no shower) and has open window to the loft area.

Decent stay, though missing a few amenities (eg no Keurig in the home despite photos of it). Though the listing states two bathrooms would have appreciated information that there is only one full shower. Property also had quite a strong smoke odor. Otherwise convenient to the slopes and decent for a few nights.

Guys Ski Trip

Everything was great! Plenty of room. Comfortable beds for all the guys. Great views off the balcony. Short walk to the base gondola.
